Here’s today’s question… What do you want to start doing MORE of? Not what you want to own. Not what you want to achieve. What do you want more of in your everyday life?
I’ve realized that the things we want more of often show us what we value most. They also remind us what may have been missing for a while.
Here Are My Top Three…
More learning and reading. Every time I learn something new, I grow. I want to read more books, listen to more podcasts, ask more questions, and keep becoming a better version of myself. I truly believe our 40s are one of the best times to learn because now we know why it matters.
More quality time with the people I love. Time has become my most valuable gift. I want more walks with my son, more dinners with my family, more conversations with friends, and more moments that turn into lifelong memories. Those are the things that make a life feel full.
More travel and new experiences. I don’t just want to visit new places, I want to experience them. I want to meet new people, try new foods, explore new cities, and create memories that remind me how big and beautiful this world really is.
A Few More Things We Could All Want More Of

More movement and better health.
More gratitude for everyday moments.
More quiet mornings and time outdoors.
More creativity and hobbies.
More financial freedom and new adventures.
More strength, better sleep, and intentional self-care.
More meaningful conversations, volunteering, and trying new things.

Closing Thought
One thing I’ve learned in my 40s is that a rich life isn’t measured by how much we own. It’s measured by how deeply we live. I’m choosing to build a life with more learning, more connection, more adventure, and more joy. Because when you spend your days doing more of what truly matters, you create a life you’ll never want to escape from.
