My Journey
Hey you. I’m so glad you’re here. This is my weight loss journey in pictures, from May 2022 to today.
As of October 2026, I’m over 200 pounds down from my highest weight of 431, with about 90 more to go. No filters. No quick fixes. Just real life, one habit at a time.

May 2022
Where it started
This is me at the very start. Over 400 pounds and starting over, holding a card that said it all: my mom is my happy place.

June 2022
I decided I wasn’t done
No five-year plan. Just one small decision, then another.

September 2022
One block at a time
That summer I started walking. One block at 6 AM, every morning.

March 2023
Moving at home
By January 2023, I was down 40 pounds. I kept showing up, right in my living room.

September 2023
Just keep going
Small habits, every single day. Nothing fancy. Nothing perfect.

December 2023
Remember this mirror
I took this one at work. Keep an eye out for this same mirror later on.

May 2024
Quieting the food noise
In 2024, I used Zepbound for 4 months while I kept building my habits. Always talk to your doctor first.

September 2024
Still showing up
One more check-in. One more step forward.

September 2024
Making memories
Out exploring with my son.

October 2024
Getting outside
Fresh air, sunshine, and a big smile.

January 2025
Hands on hips
New year, same habits. And a whole lot more confidence.

February 2025
At the gym
Showing up, even in the middle of winter.

April 2025
Pretty in pink
Taking time to enjoy the good stuff.

May 2025
A big year
In 2025, I was down 147 pounds, launched my podcast, and became a certified life coach.

September 2025
Same mirror, new me
Look back at December 2023. Same mirror. What a difference.

January 2026
Sauna and self-care
Taking care of my body, inside and out.

April 2026
Sweat and smile
Still showing up. Still smiling.

May 2026
One year later
Same studio as May 2025. Look how far I’ve come.

July 2026
Under the oaks with my son
By September 2026, I was 200 pounds down from my highest weight of 431.

2027
My final 90
About 90 pounds to go. This spot is saved for me at my goal weight. Follow along and cheer me on!
Medication was about 6 months of my story: phentermine for about 2 months and Zepbound for 4 months. Daily habits did the rest. This is my personal experience, not medical advice. Always talk to your doctor before starting any medication.
