What’s One Thing You Still Want to Happen This Year?
β¨ What’s One Thing You Still Want to Happen This Year?
πΏ Here’s today’s question… What’s one thing you still want to happen before this year is over?
Maybe it’s a goal you’ve been workinyear end goals midlifeg on for months. Maybe it’s a dream you’ve been afraid to start. Either way, here’s the good news… there’s still time.
π Here Are a Few of My Goals
Lose another 50 pounds. Health is still one of my biggest priorities. I’m already down 195 pounds, and even though I’ve hit a few plateaus, I haven’t stopped. I’ve learned that success comes from staying consistent, not from being perfect.
Take a vacation with my son. Our trip to Charleston is almost here, and I can’t wait. Yes, I’m excited for the beach, the sunrises, and exploring a beautiful cityβbut what means the most is spending uninterrupted time together and making memories we’ll always remember.
Grow in my career. One of my biggest goals this year was to earn a new position in lending with more opportunities. I’m so grateful to say… I did it. That goal became reality because I kept taking one small step at a time.
Pay off debt and build financial freedom. I recently paid off my car and three credit cards. That wasn’t just a financial win, it was a step toward more freedom, less stress, and more choices for my future.
π± A Few Things I’ve Learned
Big goals are reached through small, consistent actions.
One workout. One healthy meal. One payment. One chapter. One application. One day at a time.
The little things may not feel important today, but they add up to life-changing results.
π Questions for You
What’s one thing you still want to accomplish before this year ends?
What’s one small step you can take today to move closer to it?
How will you remind yourself to keep going when life gets busy?
π Closing Thought
Keep your goals where you can see them. Write them in your journal. Put them on a sticky note, make them your phone wallpaper, or read them every morning. The more often you see your dreams, the more likely you are to act on them.
We still have time this year. Time to improve your health, pay off debt, learn a new skill, strengthen your relationships, save more money, or start that dream you’ve been putting off. Don’t let one unfinished goal convince you it’s too late. Your next breakthrough could begin with one small decision you make today. ππΏ
