Lately I have become more aware of my posture and have been working on improving it. Today many of us have bad posture, almost hunchback. This is due to sitting at desks all day at computers or hovering over our phone and tablets. Poor posture makes you look older and weaker. It also affects your breathing. I have founf it is very important that I stand or sit tall and have good posture. This is one of the many glowup rituals I am working on in midlife.
